Does FlipSplit cut me out of my commission?

Absolutely not. Your commission will be based off whatever you negotiated in your listing agreement which will be received at the close of escrow.

I have an active listing; how do I request an offer from FlipSplit?

Easiest way is to go through our website process which asks for your relation to the property. When you designate that you are an agent, we’ll contact you in order to work out an offer in a different capacity than if we were dealing directly with the homeowner.

I have an off-market property, how do I request an offer from FlipSplit.

To best protect you, we are happy to sign a single party compensation agreement first. (You negotiate the commission rate you desire from your client) Once that is done, we would love to be a partner with you which would require us getting more details around the property condition. You can either send us some pictures of the home, complete a video walkthrough, or a quick in-home inspection from one of our representatives. Complete this Single Party agreement with your client’s signature and email it to [email protected]
